Key Responsibilities
* Support manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount tracking across departments
* Assist in validating budget assumptions and maintaining accurate HR data in SAP systems
* Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and highlight variances for management review
* Support recruitment activities for junior roles including coordination with talent acquisition teams
* Manage job requisitions, track hiring progress, and ensure timely recruitment completion
* Review disciplinary cases, ensure proper documentation, and support employee relations processes
* Prepare warning letters and ensure compliance with HR policies and timelines
* Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information
* Assist in performance review processes including PDR documentation and validation
* Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP support role
* Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
* Experience with SAP HR systems or similar HRIS platforms
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and data management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
