Learning and Development Consultant – Cairo, Egypt
Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that enhance associate performance and align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in blended learning methods, curriculum design, coaching, and talent development, with a focus on supporting teams across various divisions of the Group.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs using blended learning approaches, including digital materials, video presentations, voice-over modules, and in-person sessions.
* Conduct training needs analysis to address business KPIs and ensure content is aligned with organizational objectives.
* Manage the complete training lifecycle, from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
* Develop tailored training materials to suit local market needs and ensure compliance with modern learning technologies.
* Track learner attendance, results, and progress, ensuring confidentiality of participant and company data.
* Facilitate induction programs, talent development initiatives, and the Line Manager Capability Program across business units.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure effective training execution and follow-up.
* Create reports, articles, and presentations to communicate training impact through internal and external channels.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in training, coaching, or learning and development roles, preferably within a large organization.
* Strong HR background with proficiency in English and Arabic.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and video authoring/editing tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results.
