Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute training programs across the region in line with company policies and sales objectives
* Develop new learning initiatives based on business needs and workforce requirements
* Create and manage the annual training calendar for multiple brands
* Monitor training effectiveness and guide teams to improve performance outcomes
* Deliver cost-effective training solutions tailored to operational needs
* Build product knowledge and train teams on new brand introductions
* Review and enhance training materials to ensure quality and relevance
* Analyze feedback from training sessions and implement improvements
* Introduce new learning tools and methodologies to improve engagement
* Track training performance metrics and maintain accurate records
* Conduct in-store assessments and provide coaching to retail teams
* Organize evaluations such as mystery shopping to assess service quality
* Lead and support training teams, ensuring effective workforce planning
Ideal Profile
* 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, HR, or retail training
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience coordinating training programs in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with learning management systems and training tools
* Ability to work with diverse teams and multicultural workforce
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
