As the bridge between tradition and innovation, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring cultural priorities to life through storytelling, social campaigns, and immersive student programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver marketing campaigns for cultural events and initiatives across AFEF and its network of schools
* Support social media strategy and content creation aligned with the foundation’s goals
* Coordinate press kits, newsletters, and email outreach to maximize public awareness
* Manage all aspects of event planning and logistics, ensuring strong cultural representation
* Develop partnerships with cultural and educational institutions for enhanced community engagement
* Facilitate integration of Emirati cultural content into school programs and support teachers with relevant resources
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (fresh graduates welcome)
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
* Demonstrated interest in arts, heritage, and cultural education
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing
* Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
* A creative thinker with cultural sensitivity and adaptability
