Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering telephone/ switchboard
Maintaining and ensuring neatness of reception area
Receive courier / supplier packages when respective staff are not available
Capturing and processing of authorized expense invoices on Pastel Evolution, providing the Creditors department with the completed Goods Received Voucher (GRV).
Creating Purchase Orders for fuel request
Obtaining quotes for branch maintenance
Processing of branch supplier accounts and reconciliation thereof
Ordering, Monitoring, and maintenance of groceries for branch
Ordering of stationery for branch
Ordering of lunch for visiting staff
Assisting in obtaining telephonic page count collections
Analysis of fuel consumption per technician.
Filing of credit notes and GRV's daily
Requesting quotes for vehicle repairs / maintenance
Assist with extracting documentation when required
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric certificate.
Any relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
2 years relevant reception and administration experience.
Computer Literate. Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience on Pastel Evolution would be advantageous.
