Role Context

The position covers both immediate vacancy delivery and longer-term talent-pipeline development. By improving recruitment processes, maintaining candidate relationships and advising hiring managers, the Recruiter will influence workforce quality, hiring speed and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruiter will balance active vacancy management with proactive market research and strategic talent planning.
* Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches.
* Manage stakeholder expectations through a clear understanding of recruitment priorities and return on investment.
* Lead assigned searches against agreed timelines and service-level commitments.
* Conduct proactive market research to identify relevant talent.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
* Complete in-depth candidate interviews and evaluate suitability.
* Anticipate hiring-manager preferences and improve offer-to-interview outcomes.
* Screen applicants and prepare strong candidate slates within consistent timelines.
* Establish recruiting benchmarks, metrics and tracking mechanisms.
* Create written hiring plans with deliverables, ownership and deadlines.
* Recommend recruitment strategies that support long-term company growth.
* Implement new recruiting processes and refine existing practices.
* Collaborate with human resources business partners and business leaders.
* Participate in special recruitment projects and hiring initiatives.
* Assess interviewing techniques and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Use internal talent sources to support career progression and critical hiring.
* Identify strong candidates for senior-level vacancies.
* Develop pipelines containing both internal and external talent.
* Maintain accurate, timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Ideal Profile
The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-focused and confident managing several searches at once. They should be able to challenge stakeholders constructively, maintain urgency and provide candidates and hiring managers with a professional recruitment experience.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
* Alternatively, full-cycle recruiting experience gained in-house, through an agency or within a high-volume operation.
* Experience managing stakeholders and recruitment communications.
* Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize searches according to business impact and deadlines.
* Experience handling high-volume and specialist hiring is preferred.
* Comfort working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
* Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is advantageous.
* Ability to collaborate with recruiters, coordinators and cross-functional teams.
