Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Develop and implement annual HR plans that support organizational growth and transformation.
* Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for key positions.
* Oversee learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
* Manage employee relations, ensuring a culture of performance, engagement, and inclusion.
* Advise and mentor managers on employee performance, career growth, and disciplinary matters.
* Guide organizational restructuring and workforce optimization initiatives.
* Monitor manpower budgets, workforce costs, and productivity metrics.
* Ensure full compliance with HR policies, legal standards, and localization goals.
* Lead change management programs that align with company values and business objectives.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
* Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or HRBP roles.
* CIPD or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
* Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale change and business transformation.
* Advanced financial and analytical skills with experience in manpower budgeting.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
