What You Will Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and workforce transformation.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and address workforce challenges.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best HR practices while mentoring HR teams.
- Support organizational change management and business restructuring efforts.

- A senior HR leader with over 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, including team management.
- Expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
- Strong ability to drive change, solve complex HR challenges, and influence stakeholders.
- Experienced in HRIS systems, UAE labor laws, and employee relations.
- A strategic communicator and mentor who fosters a culture of performance and inclusivity.
