Talent Management Associate

Location: Head Office, Qatar

About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Retail is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Associate to support various talent management initiatives. This role focuses on building a capable and engaged workforce, motivating and retaining high-potential talent, and contributing to a strong leadership pipeline. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and execution of talent development programs, performance management, and career progression strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract relevant reports and share them with stakeholders to track progress on talent-related initiatives.
- Support the Talent Manager in coordinating with different teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of performance management expectations.
- Assist in implementing career management and succession planning frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop tools and processes to identify and assess high-potential employees, ensuring growth opportunities within the organization.
- Support internal awareness and engagement initiatives related to talent management projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports to provide senior management with insights into talent development programs and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and technical skills in talent management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent management or a related HR function.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
