Position Overview
Talent Onboarding Coordinator – HR and Employee Experience – Dubai, UAE will be responsible for ensuring new hires have a smooth and engaging transition into the organization. The role bridges recruitment, HR, and business teams, managing all pre-joining formalities, onboarding activities, and continuous support to improve retention and reduce early turnover.

What You’ll Do

* Serve as the main point of contact for new hires throughout their onboarding journey
* Coordinate with hiring managers and business development teams to complete visas, contracts, paperwork, and system access before joining
* Provide pre-arrival support including relocation guidance where applicable
* Ensure all new employees receive necessary tools, training schedules, and introductions to colleagues and managers
* Monitor engagement levels and address challenges faced by new hires, escalating issues when required
* Act as a trusted advisor to build confidence and reduce early turnover
* Identify at-risk employees and work with managers to create intervention plans
* Conduct exit interviews for early leavers and propose solutions based on identified trends
* Continuously refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency and overall employee experience
* Provide leadership with regular reports on onboarding success rates, engagement, and improvement recommendations

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (relevant experience also considered)
* 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or recruitment, ideally within IT solutions or technology sectors
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with new hires and managers
* Problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate and address onboarding challenges
* High attention to detail for managing compliance, documentation, and scheduling
* Passion for employee experience, proactive approach, and cultural awareness to support international hires
