Key Responsibilities
The role will own early-talent recruitment from workforce planning and candidate attraction through assessment, selection and reporting.
* Manage end-to-end hiring for internships, graduate programmes and strategic initiatives.
* Develop targeted recruitment strategies for universities and colleges.
* Build relationships with educational institutions and external talent partners.
* Maintain access to diverse pools of high-potential candidates.

Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business or another professionally relevant discipline. At least five years of HR experience is required, with substantial exposure to talent acquisition and talent management.
Applicants must demonstrate experience managing university relationships, internships and graduate recruitment programmes. Familiarity with government hiring initiatives, UAE national talent strategies and large matrix organisations is important.
The role requires strong interviewing and candidate-assessment capabilities, confident stakeholder communication and experience handling both high-volume recruitment and niche vacancies. Candidates should also be comfortable analysing complex hiring data and presenting practical recommendations.
