Job Overview
As a Toyota Sales Executive, you will manage the full vehicle sales process, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and meet sales and product uptake targets. You will play a pivotal role in increasing sales volume, promoting finance and insurance packages, handling trade-ins, and ensuring excellence across the buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed sales targets for vehicles, accessories, finance, and insurance products
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
* Log and manage leads using company prospecting tools and systems
* Comply with Al-Futtaim\'s cash and credit handling procedures
* Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends
* Maximize upselling opportunities and educate customers on additional offerings
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of automotive or retail sales experience
* Strong upselling, negotiation, and closing skills
* Fluent in English; Russian language preferred; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog a plus
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
* Technical understanding of vehicles and sales processes
* Valid UAE driving license is essential
* Diploma or degree qualification is preferred but not mandatory
