Dicetek is seeking an experienced AI Specialist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to drive innovation and AI adoption across our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI frameworks, and AI automation, with the ability to translate AI advancements into practical business applications that enhance efficiency, creativity, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-value use cases for Generative AI across various business functions and develop AI-driven solutions
- Lead AI projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered tools into business operations
- Work with large language models (LLMs), text-to-image models, and multimodal AI for enterprise applications
- Fine-tune AI models, optimize performance, and implement best practices in AI automation
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and provide strategic guidance on AI adoption and implementation
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP)
- Proven experience working with LLMs, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Stability AI
- Experience in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and MLOps best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive AI adoption across teams
