In this role, you will:
Responsible for the end to end scope, design and build of digital platforms and applications.
Execute the Emirates Group digital learning and talent applications and platforms strategy, in alignment with business requirements.
Execute design, integration and implementation of new digital platforms and applications.
Collaborate with IT, partner learning providers and vendors to ensure alignment and seamless integration/ migration of digital learning technologies with existing technology architecture and operations at the Group.
Stay up-to-date on digital learning technology trends. Continuously scan the digital landscape to identify new global trends and best practices in platform, tools and technology use.
Ideate, execute and evaluate innovative digital learning experiences through POCs, pilots, vendor partnerships and research.
Use a variety of learning metrics, data and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhancement of learning experiences
Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless, consistent and current user experience.
Work closely with broader Digital and L&T teams to ensure complete alignment of learning solutions with platform capabilities, offering a smooth and effective service to the business.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
3-5 years of experience in learning technology administration/ management (LMS/ LXP).
2-3 years of experience with reporting/ dashboarding/ PowerBI/ SQL.
2-3 years of experience with HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript.
Progressive experience in a digital learning technology role with at least three years of designing, developing and implementing experiences/ applications/ tools/ technologies.
