Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate BIM workflows across infrastructure projects and ensure alignment with project goals, BIM Execution Plans, and client digital delivery requirements.
* Manage and develop LOD 400 and LOD 500 models for construction, handover, asset management, as-built accuracy, and metadata compliance.
* Maintain Civil 3D and Revit models for roads, utilities, bridges, landscape works, and related civil infrastructure elements.
* Integrate 4D scheduling information and 5D cost data into the BIM environment to support time, cost, and construction coordination.
* Protect model and data integrity across design, construction, handover, and operational stages of the project lifecycle.
* Work within a Common Data Environment for document control, model sharing, review workflows, version tracking, and digital coordination.
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure BIM requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
* Provide technical support and practical training to project stakeholders on BIM processes, Civil 3D workflows, Revit models, Navisworks coordination, and CDE procedures.
* Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, standards, templates, EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, asset registers, COBie data, BIM process records, and project-specific digital delivery documents.
* Conduct clash detection, prepare clash matrices, and lead coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar tools during construction stage.
* Create LOD and LOI matrices for construction-stage infrastructure projects and ensure the required level of model detail and information is properly maintained.
* Ensure shop drawings are extracted from coordinated BIM and Civil 3D models with accuracy and proper project control.
* Support the production of as-built drawings from verified as-built models for final handover.
* Assist digital delivery initiatives, smart infrastructure objectives, construction progress monitoring, and BIM-based asset information management.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a related technical, engineering, construction, architecture, or digital delivery field.
* Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably on construction-stage infrastructure projects involving LOD 400 and LOD 500 models.
* Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is mandatory, with practical experience in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, ProjectWise, or other CDE platforms.
* Demonstrated experience delivering LOD 500 BIM models for operational use, asset management, handover documentation, and as-built information.
* Solid understanding of 4D schedule simulation and 5D cost integration using tools such as Synchro or CostX.
* Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, local BIM mandates, BIM LOD requirements, and construction-stage digital delivery standards.
* Experience creating Civil 3D object catalogues, part lists, subassemblies, custom 3D objects, and model attributes based on project requirements.
* Knowledge of IFC, open BIM workflows, asset tagging, COBie data structures, and facilities management systems for infrastructure assets.
* Experience with Power BI, Primavera, Synchro, OpenSpace, HoloBuilder, or similar construction progress and 4D/5D tools is an advantage.
* BIM certification such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, RICS, or ISO 19650 is beneficial.
* Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
