• Identify prospective clients and stay updated on industry trends and software solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to proactively approach and engage prospective clients,
pitching our services and resources to address their business needs.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing
relevant solutions.
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying correct decision makers and understanding
their requirements.
• Oversee daily follow-ups with clients, ensuring regular communication to build and nurture
strong relationships.
• Analyze client requirements, understand business needs, and oversee the preparation of
comprehensive proposals, legal documents, and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate project budgets and align pricing
strategies with profitability goals.
• Coordinate with senior management to obtain necessary approvals and ensure smooth
execution of projects.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing
deals, while ensuring exceptional aftersales support.
• Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their queries, managing
expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and Excel to identify and target potential clients, track sales
activities, and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Masters) in Business Administration or a related
field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing deals.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE market with prior experience engaging clients and
stakeholders in the region.
• Preferably candidates who are bi-lingual or proficient in Arabic.
• Strong skills to identify business opportunities and stay updated on software industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and
stakeholders.
• Ability to understand client requirements, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver
impactful presentations.
