Position Overview
We are seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support the execution of IT change management processes within Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai. The role involves managing IT changes throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to policies and minimizing service disruption while maintaining effective communication across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage IT change processes from submission to completion, ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.
* Attend CAB meetings to review and oversee all submitted changes.
* Coordinate and schedule change activities across departments, minimizing conflicts and service disruptions.
* Conduct risk assessments for all new and modified services.
* Publish and maintain the organization’s forward schedule of change and downtime calendar.
* Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to identify improvement areas.
* Support project managers and IT teams in aligning change requirements with business needs.
* Assist with training and process adoption for change management tools and methodologies.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and internal controls.
* Identify and manage risks related to IT change management processes.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 1 year of experience in IT Change Management preferred.
* Understanding of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000).
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* UAE nationals preferred.
