- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations while safeguarding data security and patient confidentiality
- Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to assess IT needs and drive technology-driven solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging healthcare technologies and industry trends, ensuring the hospital remains at the forefront of digital healthcare transformation
Required Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, system implementations, and vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, data security standards, and best practices in health IT
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
