Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and executive leadership team on strategic business priorities.
* Support company-wide initiatives that improve commercial performance, operational execution, and growth planning.
* Prepare presentations, dashboards, executive summaries, board materials, and decision-support documents.
* Analyse sales pipeline, pricing models, KPIs, market opportunities, revenue trends, and business performance data.
* Build financial models, investment cases, commercial scenarios, and business cases for strategic decisions.
* Coordinate priorities across product, engineering, sales, finance, implementation, and leadership teams.
* Lead special projects from planning to completion, ensuring clear ownership, follow-through, and measurable outcomes.
* Translate complex data and business information into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
* Support executive decision-making by identifying risks, opportunities, operational gaps, and growth levers.
* Improve reporting processes, workflow visibility, and cross-functional alignment across the business.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, finance, commercial operations, or chief of staff support.
* Strong analytical ability with confidence working on KPIs, pricing, pipeline analysis, dashboards, and market research.
* Skilled in financial modelling, business case development, executive reporting, and presentation preparation.
* Commercially minded with the ability to understand revenue drivers, customer needs, product priorities, and growth opportunities.
* Comfortable working directly with founders, CEOs, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong project management ability with a practical approach to deadlines, follow-up, and execution.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
