Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform innovation initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and government policies
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions for government entities ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance
- Define governance models oversee platform-related project activities and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with government authorities and internal teams to address technical delivery challenges
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee solution development to meet business requirements
- Conduct technical requirement gathering prepare RFPs and define solution architecture for platform enhancement
- Implement government-driven digital solutions ensuring adherence to cybersecurity and compliance standards
- Support integration of emerging technologies and data analytics capabilities within digital platforms
- Conduct platform testing and User Acceptance Testing UAT to validate new functionalities and system improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and digital transformation policies for government platforms
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform scalability innovation and modernization
- Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders on platform performance and usability
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital platform innovation digital transformation or government technology projects
- Strong knowledge of government digital solutions IT governance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with cloud computing digital identity management and cybersecurity best practices
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions for public sector initiatives
- Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile Scrum and Waterfall
- Ability to engage with government stakeholders and regulatory authorities effectively
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT platforms system integration and emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of data privacy policies and security standards applicable to government technology projects
