Dicetek LLC is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services), SAP data integration, and large-scale data migration projects to join our team in Dubai. This role is tailored for professionals experienced in BODS architecture, SQL/PLSQL, real-time interface development, and end-to-end ETL pipelines. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable working in Linux environments with exposure to cloud tools such as AWS Glue and Amazon Athena.

* Design, develop, and optimize ETL solutions using SAP BODS for enterprise data projects
* Work on real-time integration using IDOC, BAPI, and other SAP components with BODS
* Prepare technical specification documents and collaborate on system design and architecture
* Perform end-to-end data migration for SAP and other ERP platforms, ensuring data integrity
* Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues independently using advanced analytical skills
* Install and configure BODS components in Linux-based production environments
* Apply BODS transformations effectively to build high-performance workflows
* Leverage Python for scripting and automation tasks within the ETL framework
* Work with cloud-based data tools including AWS Glue, Athena, and DBT where applicable
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BODS design, development, and architecture
* Expertise in SQL/PLSQL and real-time SAP integrations (IDOC, BAPI)
* Experience with technical documentation and solution design
* Background in full lifecycle data migration and transformation
* Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting with Python
* Familiarity with AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, or DBT is a strong advantage
* Ability to work independently and solve complex data processing issues
