The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining Active Directory accounts, and supporting IT security and upgrade initiatives to ensure business continuity.

What You’ll Do
* Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and desktop issues
* Diagnose and resolve system problems promptly to minimize downtime
* Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related devices
* Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory environments
* Assist with deployment and maintenance of software and updates
* Support the IT team in network troubleshooting and server-related tasks
* Document support activities and
maintain accurate logs
* Train and guide users on IT procedures and processes
* Perform backups and support data recovery operations when required
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
* Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies
* Assist in large-scale IT projects and infrastructure upgrades
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support roles
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
* Proficiency with Active Directory and network protocols
* Familiarity with VPN technologies and remote support tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
