Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced FenX Configurator to join a short-term project supporting offshore banking technology operations. This role is based in our remote delivery team and is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in FenX configuration, especially within Know Your Customer (KYC) or regulatory onboarding domains. The project involves configuring journeys, policies, and adaptors in the FenX platform and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of digital compliance solutions.

Job Overview
As a FenX Configurator, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear system configurations, enabling rapid development and deployment of onboarding and compliance journeys within the FenX platform. The role demands a deep understanding of policy configuration, data models, risk models, and adapter integration in FenX, along with experience in KYC operations or regulatory workflows.
What You’ll Do
* Analyze business requirements and convert them into system configurations in FenX
* Configure journeys, policies, risk models, and data adaptors using FenX’s OOTB framework
* Collaborate with developers to provide relevant data keys and support integration logic
* Encourage reuse of product-standard features and align with FenX roadmap
* Participate in virtual interviews and deliver within tight project timelines
* Ensure quality and consistency of configurations across modules
Ideal Profile
* 6 to 7 years of IT experience with minimum 1 year hands-on FenX configuration
* Strong knowledge of client onboarding or KYC processes in banking
* Familiarity with FenX risk model setup, journey design, and policy mapping
* Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
* Ability to work independently in a virtual, cross-functional delivery team
* Strong communication and documentation skills
