**Fircosoft Screening Solutions Specialist**
Join a dynamic IT solutions company where your expertise in Fircosoft screening solutions will play a crucial role in enhancing financial security and regulatory compliance. As a Fircosoft Screening Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Fircosoft solutions, including Continuity, Trust, and FSK – Screen & Keep. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting, SQL databases, and system integration, along with banking industry expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement, configure, and optimize Fircosoft screening solutions, including Continuity, Trust, and FSK – Screen & Keep
- Work with compliance teams to customize and enhance screening processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
- Utilize Unix/Linux Shell scripting and Windows batch scripting to automate file generation, movement, and system processes
- Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL queries for Oracle and MS SQL databases to support reporting and system performance
- Conduct system integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between Fircosoft solutions and banking systems
- Support De-rap, ERF, Pairing, and Stripping detector functionalities for advanced screening operations
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades, server patching, and technical support
- Analyze and customize reports to meet compliance and business requirements
- Ensure adherence to financial security regulations and maintain awareness of evolving compliance policies
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in regulatory compliance and security system enhancements
- Work closely with teams across operations, business, and IT functions to improve system workflows
- Conduct data analysis using various database formats and file structures
- Utilize MS Office Suite, Hadoop, SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Visio to streamline reporting and analytics
**Required Skills and Experience**
**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university
- Certification in Financial Security Compliance is an added advantage
**Experience**
- 6 to 10 years of experience in financial services or IT, specializing in financial security compliance technology
- Strong expertise in Fircosoft screening solutions, including Trust, Continuity, and FSK
- Experience working with banking domain processes and regulatory compliance systems
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell scripting and Windows batch scripting for automation
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills with expertise in Oracle and MS SQL databases
- System integration experience, working with multiple platforms and financial systems
- Hands-on experience in working with compliance-related systems and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of financial security monitoring, alert management, and compliance technology solutions
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and technical troubleshooting
