Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fircosoft Tuning Specialist to support and enhance sanctions screening and compliance systems. The role involves tuning Fircosoft Suites including FSK automated screening system for digital onboarding, Firco Trust, and Firco Continuity. The specialist will ensure systems operate within approved parameters, optimize performance through data analysis, and implement enhancements to maintain compliance with financial crimes regulations. This position requires strong knowledge of FircoSoft screening systems, data mining, and stakeholder collaboration to drive continuous improvements in sanctions compliance.

What You’ll Do
Conduct daily tuning activities for Fircosoft Suites including FSK automated screening, Firco Trust, and Firco Continuity.
Ensure sanctions compliance systems function within approved GCD Sanctions parameters.
Perform hit rate analysis, data mining, and optimization using FircoSoft’s tuning suite, MS Excel, Data Lake, and Business Objects.
Support periodic recalibration, tuning, and enhancements of FCC systems.
Assess, recommend, and implement system architecture and business requirements for screening systems.
Analyze and optimize Firco system configurations for efficiency.
Automate Firco system-related processes and controls.
Ideal Profile
Experience with compliance systems related to Financial Crimes Compliance, name screening, sanctions filtering, and customer onboarding.
Hands-on expertise in data feeds, flows, mapping, and connectivity between core banking and compliance systems.
Proficiency in data mining and analytical tools for interpreting and optimizing system performance.
Background in vendor management and stakeholder engagement for compliance systems.
Practical knowledge of tuning, QA, or product management of Firco Continuity/Trust.
Strong understanding of FircoSoft systems including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Screen and Keep (FSK), FMM, FML, FLV.
Excellent grasp of screening technologies, algorithms, business rules, and tuning processes.
