Dicetek is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer for an on-site position in Dubai. This role involves developing scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs that support end-to-end digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable, testable, and reusable software components aligned with project goals
* Develop user stories, process flows, and technical documentation to support solution delivery
* Build and maintain front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
* Develop and optimize back-end systems with frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails
* Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality and ensure seamless data exchange
* Ensure cross-platform responsiveness and browser compatibility for web and mobile applications
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to meet functional and design standards
* Debug, test, and optimize software for performance and scalability
* Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and code reviews to maintain quality standards
* Maintain up-to-date documentation for codebases, APIs, and architectural decisions
* Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative, growth-focused team environment
* Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional software designs
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve team practices
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
* 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
* Proven track record of delivering end-to-end web and software solutions
Skills
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
* Solid backend development experience with Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices
* Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
* Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
* Strong communication and documentation capabilities

* Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
