HSE Manager - Data Center
Dicetek is seeking an experienced HSE Manager in Dubai to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all data center operations and construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE policies, risk assessment, and compliance management.
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting
Job Function: Health, Safety, and Environmental Management
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards
- Conduct risk assessments and safety training for employees and contractors
- Monitor and enforce HSE regulations across data center operations and construction activities
- Lead incident investigations and develop preventive measures to enhance workplace safety
- Conduct regular HSE audits and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, and other relevant certifications
- Maintain documentation and reporting for HSE compliance and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management within data centers or construction environments
- Strong expertise in HSE auditing, incident investigation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to enforce HSE policies and drive a safety-first culture
