What Does an Information Security Consultant Do in Dubai?
As an Information Security Consultant at Dicetek, you will assess the current security posture of enterprise IT systems, advise on updates to policies and controls, and ensure compliance with international security standards. You’ll collaborate with clients, internal IT teams, and external stakeholders to deliver risk mitigation strategies and drive a security-first culture.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Conduct in-depth assessments of current security architecture, systems, and procedures
- Review and recommend updates to existing security policies and operational guidelines
- Design and implement effective cybersecurity controls across networks and systems
- Provide strategic guidance in response to information security threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to embed security into system design and architecture
- Advise clients on industry security standards and best practices for compliance
- Evaluate access control mechanisms for effectiveness and risk mitigation
- Conduct compliance assessments and audits including ISRv3.0, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019
- Develop actionable security plans following gap analysis and risk assessments
