Job Overview
As an IT Business Partner, you will lead the digital transformation initiatives within DP World by aligning IT capabilities with business goals. You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of integrated IT solutions while managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations and ensuring return on investment through careful project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for automation and workflow improvements
* Maintain active engagement with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and digitalization opportunities
* Build project roadmaps aligned with business strategies and corporate objectives
* Conduct ROI analysis, prepare CAPEX justifications, and assess change impacts
* Lead high-level solution design and oversee implementation through internal and outsourced teams
* Run prioritization meetings with business units to evaluate and align IT demand with business value
* Coordinate development, testing, and release cycles, ensuring system readiness before UAT
* Track project milestones, create executive reports, and manage vendor relationships
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-building in project and domain areas
* Support annual IT budgeting and long-term transformation planning

Technical Competencies

* Working knowledge of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Python, APIs (REST/SOAP), and modular coding standards
* Strong understanding of Oracle DBs, data modeling, and secure data transmission standards
* Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and system integrations (e.g., Customs, Municipality)
* Experience with IoT, AI/ML (OpenCV, TensorFlow), OCR systems, and smart port infrastructure
* Ability to architect scalable, secure, and modular systems aligned with regional cybersecurity standards
* Competence in ETL, data lakes, BI dashboards (Power BI, Oracle BI), and real-time operational analytics
* Proven history of leading complex IT integration and automation projects in terminal or logistics environments
