What You’ll Do
* Manage IT change requests throughout their lifecycle, from submission to closure
* Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures during change implementation
* Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to oversee and review change proposals
* Coordinate scheduling of IT changes across business calendars to avoid conflicts
* Conduct risk assessments for new or modified services to minimize operational disruption
* Publish and maintain a forward schedule of change and downtime calendar across all regions
* Work with project managers and IT teams to define and deliver change requirements into live environments
* Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to evaluate results, document lessons learned, and improve future processes
* Support adoption of standardized IT solutions across multiple business units and geographies
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and risk management frameworks
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with a degree in Computer Science or related field
* Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 20000
* 1 year of experience in change management (preferred but not mandatory)
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
* Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
* Eager to contribute to continuous improvement in IT service delivery
