The role focuses on providing technical support for internal hardware and software environments while assisting project managers with the planning, development, and implementation of IT systems and internal websites in line with the annual operational plan.

Role Summary
The IT Operations Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining smooth daily IT operations, delivering reliable technical support to internal users, and contributing to IT projects and system enhancements. The role works closely with business units and project managers to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily IT operations and provide technical support for internal hardware and software
Collaborate with business units to resolve IT issues and ensure service continuity
Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, applications, and internal systems
Support project managers in managing, developing, and implementing IT systems and internal websites
Assist in planning and executing IT projects in line with departmental operational plans
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and support activities
Ensure IT services operate securely and reliably in line with organizational standards
Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Four to six years of experience in IT operations or technical support roles
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to plan and support IT projects and system implementations
Proficiency in programming concepts, coding tools, and basic development practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification
ITIL Foundation certification
Experience supporting internal IT systems and departmental operations
