Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC is seeking an experienced IT Testing and Quality Assurance Manager to lead testing activities during an SAP project implementation in Dubai. The role involves defining test strategies, executing SAP quality assurance plans, and managing software testing teams to ensure seamless deployment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement best practices in software testing, automation, and QA management for a high-performing SAP system.

Job Function: IT Testing & Quality Assurance – SAP Implementation
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 8+ years in software testing in Dubai, with at least 3 years managing SAP quality assurance
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the SAP test strategy for a successful implementation
- Ensure QA processes in SAP testing align with project milestones and deliverables
- Define test objectives for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Lead and mentor a team of software testers and QA engineers in Dubai
- Provide training on SAP testing methodologies and test automation tools
- Oversee end-to-end SAP testing execution and ensure defects are properly tracked and resolved
- Implement quality control standards for SAP software deployment
- Conduct regular QA audits for SAP projects and maintain compliance
- Identify and mitigate software testing risks in Dubai-based SAP projects
- Manage test case automation and use tools like HP ALM and SAP Solution Manager
- Drive continuous improvement in IT testing methodologies and QA processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP implementation testing in Dubai
- Deep understanding of software testing automation tools
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Solution Manager
- Proven knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- ISTQB/ISEB Testing Certification
- SAP Solution Manager Certification
