The role involves providing Java-based application support in a fast-paced environment, contributing to project stability and uptime. Prior experience in financial services, Agile methodologies, and Infosys platforms such as DEH or Finacle will be an added advantage. * Provide technical support for Java-based applications across development and production environments
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and code stability
* Document support procedures, solutions, and recurring issues for process improvement
* Participate in Agile sprints, stand-ups, and planning sessions where applicable
* Monitor application logs, alerts, and job statuses to maintain operational continuity
* Ensure compliance with support SLAs and quality standards
* Coordinate with project teams during deployments, patching, and upgrades
Candidate Requirements
* 5 to 7 years of experience in Java development and support roles
* Strong understanding of Java frameworks and troubleshooting techniques
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred
* Exposure to Infosys technologies such as DEH, Finacle is a plus
* Banking domain experience is advantageous
