Junior Support Analyst - Networks
We are seeking a skilled Junior Support Analyst to join a leading technology provider experiencing rapid growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a technical background in enterprise network technologies to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will join a 24/7 support team providing high-quality services to a large customer base.
Job Location: Hybrid - United Kingdom (1 day per week onsite)
Job Industry: Information Technology and Network Support
Job Function: IT Support and Network Operations
Salary: £25,000-£36,000 per annum
Gender: Any
Key Responsibilities
- Provide network technical support within an enterprise environment (training available)
- Work as part of a 24/7 support team, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving network issues
- Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN
- Assist with configuring and managing firewalls, broadband, and voice technologies
- Work within a service provider environment, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Work on a shift basis, including days and nights, to support continuous operations
Job Requirements
- Experience in network technical support within an enterprise environment (training provided)
- Experience working within a service provider environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, broadband, and voice systems
- Relevant industry certifications (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar) are desirable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a shift-based role (days and nights)
