Sharaf DG is seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive enterprise-level sales across strategic accounts in the UAE. This role focuses on representing Sharaf DG’s full suite of technology offerings—including devices, infrastructure solutions, managed services, and data center products—while ensuring top-tier customer engagement and revenue growth.

Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value clients across industries such as hospitality, finance, education, and real estate. You will lead account planning, coordinate solution development, and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet business targets. This role requires extensive in-country travel, strong customer relationship skills, and a deep understanding of ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in strategic customer accounts
* Lead strategic account planning and performance tracking across a one- and three-year horizon
* Achieve assigned sales targets, profit margins, and customer satisfaction objectives
* Identify and pursue new account opportunities through networking, market research, and consultative selling

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management within the ICT industry
* Successful track record managing enterprise accounts in sectors such as hospitality, finance, education, or real estate
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client requirements simultaneously
* Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willing to travel across the UAE up to 75% of the time
* Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory
