Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value clients across industries such as hospitality, finance, education, and real estate. You will lead account planning, coordinate solution development, and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet business targets. This role requires extensive in-country travel, strong customer relationship skills, and a deep understanding of ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in strategic customer accounts
* Lead strategic account planning and performance tracking across a one- and three-year horizon
* Achieve assigned sales targets, profit margins, and customer satisfaction objectives
* Identify and pursue new account opportunities through networking, market research, and consultative selling
* Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored ICT solutions
* Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and customer plans aligned with enterprise goals
* Serve as the central point of contact between Sharaf DG and the client organization
* Manage multi-level relationships within each account to ensure customer retention and growth
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to the ICT sector
* Accurately forecast account performance and adjust plans based on real-time results
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management within the ICT industry
* Successful track record managing enterprise accounts in sectors such as hospitality, finance, education, or real estate
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client requirements simultaneously
* Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willing to travel across the UAE up to 75% of the time
* Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory
