The Low Code Applications Delivery In-Charge role at Sharaf DG Dubai is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and support of low-code and no-code applications across the organization. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of low-code applications from initiation through development, testing, UAT, deployment, and controlled go-live
* Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business needs into effective low-code solutions
* Gather, analyze, and document end-to-end business requirements including functional, non-functional, compliance, and control aspects
* Develop and review workflows and business requirement documents, incorporating feedback and securing formal approvals
* Ensure applications comply with internal policies, security standards, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements
* Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure clear and accurate delivery
* Own project management activities including planning, prioritization, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication
* Monitor application adoption, effectiveness, and business value realization after delivery
* Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities
* Stay informed on emerging low-code and no-code platforms and recommend relevant tools
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery and operational risks
Ideal Profile
* Minimum five years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or application delivery
* At least three years of hands-on experience in low-code or no-code application delivery or workflow automation
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field
* Low-code platform certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, or equivalent
* Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum preferred
* Strong business analysis, solution design, and documentation skills
* Proven project ownership and delivery management capability
* Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
* Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable application solutions
* Leadership mindset with strong analytical, reporting, and continuous improvement focus
