Dicetek is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Support Specialist (Ariba) to join our technology team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Cisco, Dell SDN technologies, Datacenter Switching, and Aruba Network Technologies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, and implementing cutting-edge security and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco and Dell SDN technologies and Datacenter Switching environments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Aruba Network Access Control (NAC), Wireless, and SD-WAN solutions to enhance network security and performance.
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance optimization, and seamless connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to switching, routing, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Ariba Network Technologies with enterprise infrastructure.
- Implement network automation solutions using scripting languages such as Python and tools like Ansible, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices for network protection.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines to enhance knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certification and hands-on experience in Cisco and Dell SDN technologies and Datacenter Switching.
- Certified and experienced in Aruba Network Access Control, Wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Strong expertise in network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of enterprise networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations).
- Experience with cloud networking solutions in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
