Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, analytics outputs, and custom datasets for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
* Build reporting solutions using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence, and Smart View.
* Analyze reporting and analytics requirements, then convert them into functional specifications, technical designs, data models, and delivery plans.
* Develop BI Publisher data models, bursting logic, templates, parameters, layouts, and reusable reporting components.
* Ensure reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions are scalable, performant, secure, and aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices.
* Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud customizations and technical extensions based on approved business requirements.
* Build and maintain extensions using Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Application Composer, Page Composer, Fast Formulas, workflow extensions, and sandbox-based UI customization.
* Develop integrations and technical interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud, custom REST APIs, SQL, PL-SQL, and approved interface methods.
* Ensure customizations and extensions remain upgrade-safe and compliant with Oracle Cloud security, roles, privileges, and data access controls.
* Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
* Provide production support for reporting, analytics, customization, and extension issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
* Support migration and deployment of reports, dashboards, customizations, integrations, and extension artifacts across environments.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, process notes, deployment records, and support references.
* Assist business users with self-service reporting knowledge and practical use of Oracle Cloud reporting and extension capabilities.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting, customization, technical enhancement, or extension development.
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FAW, OAC, FDI, Smart View, and Oracle Cloud reporting frameworks.
* Practical experience with Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Application Composer, Oracle Integration Cloud, Page Composer, Fast Formulas, and workflow extensions.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle REST API development, SQL, PL-SQL, data models, subject areas, roles, privileges, and data security concepts.
* Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM modules and related business processes.
* Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, analytical reports, and performance-focused reporting solutions in Oracle Cloud environments.
* Ability to troubleshoot reporting issues, integration failures, customization defects, and performance challenges.
* Strong analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and communication skills for working with business and technical teams.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced enterprise delivery environment.
