Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and document business requirements across HCM areas including HR, payroll, self-service, recruiting, learning, performance management, and related workforce processes.
* Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design functional solutions aligned with Oracle HCM best practices.
* Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM applications across assigned modules and business areas.
* Support Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules, including configuration reviews, production support, patching, testing, and system performance improvement.
* Design and deliver custom HCM solutions, system enhancements, reporting outputs, and process improvements to optimize HR operations.
* Work with Oracle support, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to manage service requests and resolve configuration, data, or integration issues.
* Conduct user training, support change management, and guide key users during implementation, upgrades, and operational transitions.
* Perform UAT, SIT, integration testing, unit testing support, and automation testing contributions for HCM environments.
* Develop and deliver reports using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI templates, PL-SQL, and approved reporting methods.
* Manage and maintain accurate HCM master data, including employees, jobs, positions, assignments, organizations, and related workforce records.
* Support data cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing during system upgrades or Oracle EBS and Fusion coexistence activities.
* Collaborate with functional leads, IT teams, and business users to gather data requirements, improve data quality, and maintain proper documentation.
* Ensure compliance with data governance standards, audit requirements, shared services guidelines, and approved documentation controls.
* Troubleshoot HCM data issues, identify inconsistencies, provide reporting insights, and guide end users on data management best practices.
* Lead or support migration of legacy integration interfaces and design end-to-end integrations between HCM modules and other enterprise systems.
* Maintain integration documentation, libraries, touchpoints, data mappings, and interface specifications in line with platform changes.
* Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and consistency across Oracle HCM Fusion applications, third-party systems, and on-premise environments.
* Promote integration governance, testing discipline, and delivery best practices while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Master’s degree is an added advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle implementation projects, preferably across HCM, reporting, data, and integration workstreams.
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.
* Good understanding of HR, payroll, self-service, recruiting, learning, performance management, workforce data, and shared services processes.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI templates.
* Proficiency in PL-SQL and BI Publisher for data extraction, reporting, validation, and issue investigation.
* Ability to interpret HCM business process requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical specifications.
* Experience with automation testing tools, Oracle FDI, Oracle FAW, APIs, middleware, and hybrid integration environments will be an advantage.
* Proven ability to manage HCM master data, data cleansing, migration, reconciliation, and compliance documentation.
* Skilled in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies to improve accuracy, reliability, and operational reporting.
* Relevant professional certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management is preferred.
