Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across procurement, warehouse, inventory management, contracts, maintenance, and property management.
* Configure, implement, and support Oracle SCM Fusion Applications in line with business processes and approved functional designs.
* Support Oracle E-Business Suite SCM and procurement modules, including system enhancements, configuration reviews, and process improvements.
* Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation across multiple operational areas.
* Design and deliver custom solutions that improve business efficiency, user productivity, reporting quality, and system performance.
* Work with Oracle support, technical teams, vendors, and business users to manage service requests and resolve configuration, data, or integration issues.
* Conduct user training, support change management, and guide key users during implementation, upgrades, and production support activities.
* Perform UAT, SIT, integration testing, unit testing support, and automation testing contributions for SCM environments.
* Develop and deliver reports using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL queries, and approved data extraction methods.
* Manage finance and operational master data, including customers, banks, bank accounts, and related enterprise records in Oracle EBS.
* Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and testing during system upgrades, coexistence models, and EBS-to-Fusion transformation activities.
* Ensure data governance, audit compliance, data quality, documentation accuracy, and proper control standards across assigned systems.
* Lead or support legacy interface migration and design end-to-end integrations between Oracle modules and third-party enterprise applications.
* Maintain integration documentation, libraries, touchpoints, data mappings, and interface specifications according to evolving platform needs.
* Ensure data synchronization, integrity, and consistency across hybrid environments involving cloud ERP and on-premise systems.
* Promote integration governance, testing discipline, and delivery best practices while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Master’s degree is an added advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle implementation projects, preferably across SCM, procurement, data, reporting, and integration workstreams.
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite SCM-related modules.
* Practical experience with procurement, warehouse, inventory, contracts, maintenance, and property management business processes.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM and procurement reporting tools, including BI Publisher and OTBI.
* Working knowledge of PL-SQL, data extraction, reporting, master data management, and enterprise data quality practices.
* Ability to interpret business process requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical specifications.
* Experience with third-party applications such as Maximo, Tririga, or SAP will be a major advantage.
* Experience in public sector transformation projects, shared services environments, and compliance-driven delivery is preferred.
* Familiarity with Oracle FDI, FAW, automation testing tools, API integrations, middleware, and hybrid cloud integration environments is an added plus.
* Professional certification in SCM practices is preferred.
