Position Overview
Parsons is hiring an Architect in Dubai, UAE to contribute to architectural design delivery from concept development through detailed design. The position will support multidisciplinary projects by developing coordinated architectural solutions, applying local authority requirements, reviewing design documentation, and helping translate design intent into technically practical project outcomes.
The role requires UAE architectural experience, strong knowledge of Dubai regulatory requirements, and hands-on capability with AutoCAD, BIM methodologies, and Revit. Working alongside project managers, engineers, construction teams, sub-consultants, and other disciplines, the Architect will help maintain design quality and coordination throughout project development.

What You\'ll Be Doing
* Contribute to architectural design activities across project phases, from initial concept development through detailed design.
* Develop design solutions that respond to client requirements and established project objectives.
* Apply relevant local building codes, safety requirements, and architectural design standards.
* Work with requirements associated with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and applicable design codes.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate architectural intent with technical requirements and site implementation.
* Review architectural documentation for quality and compliance.
* Identify design issues and potential risks that could affect project delivery.
* Support coordination of sub-consultant packages and internal engineering disciplines.
* Maintain consistency and integration of architectural elements across multidisciplinary project documentation.
* Support junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and contributing to a collaborative design environment.
* Keep informed of developments in architecture, sustainability, and construction technology and apply relevant practices where appropriate.
BIM and Design Coordination
The Architect will use Building Information Modeling methodologies and Revit to develop and coordinate accurate architectural models and drawings. Coordination with other disciplines will be an important part of ensuring that architectural information remains aligned with wider project requirements.
The role also requires proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural design and documentation activities.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring
* Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
* Minimum 3+ years of architectural experience within a reputable architectural firm in the UAE.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Fluency in AutoCAD.
* Working knowledge of local building regulations, safety requirements, and applicable design standards.
* Ability to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
