What You’ll Do
* Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions
* Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
* Implement KPI scorecards, trend visualizations, and performance metrics using advanced DAX
* Develop and maintain robust data models (tabular and multidimensional) to support various analytics needs
* Integrate data from diverse sources including APIs, databases, and Excel files
* Implement and manage row-level security and enforce best practices in data governance
* Extract, transform, and load data using Power Query and ETL tools, ensuring clean and accurate datasets
* Work collaboratively with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
* Optimize report performance, improve rendering efficiency, and troubleshoot data-related issues
* Document BI workflows, data models, and provide user training and technical support
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience with Power BI tools including Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX
* Strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL-based querying
* Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and the broader Microsoft BI stack
* Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences
* Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
* Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification preferred
