Process Automation Specialist
Dicetek is looking for a Process Automation Specialist in Dubai to lead multiple automation projects, preferably within Trade Finance. This role involves business analysis, project management, and leveraging AI and machine learning for process automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing trade finance projects, writing business requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple process automation projects, particularly in Trade Finance
- Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and review Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Develop and execute test cases for automation processes
- Utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models in automation initiatives
- Oversee project management activities, including scheduling standups, scrums, and tracking project status
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, ensuring project progress aligns with business objectives
- Ensure timely project delivery and that all business requirements are met
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business needs are fully addressed
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in process automation within the banking or trade finance sector
- Ability to write and review BRD, FSD, and test cases
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and large language models in process automation
- Strong project management skills with relevant certification as an added advantage
- Experience scheduling daily standups, conducting scrums, and tracking project progress
- Familiarity with UAT and ensuring successful implementation of business requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
