Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full onboarding process for new services and features, ensuring successful implementation from business requirements to final deployment
- Develop detailed user stories and maintain product backlogs aligned with strategic goals
- Engage with public and private sector entities to secure buy-in and API integration, organizing and leading stakeholder meetings
- Interact with entities, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive service development and enhancements
- Analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for re-engineering to improve customer experiences
- Act as a subject matter expert in optimizing service presentation across various platforms
- Ensure the final product aligns with end-user needs and expectations
- Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner, facilitating Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Assess value, prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on high-impact deliverables
- Collaborate closely with other Product Owners to ensure process alignment and consistency across teams
- Work alongside Product Management to maintain a structured product backlog aligned with business objectives
- Proactively address impediments that may impact sprint completion and release timelines
- Stay updated with Agile and Scrum best practices to drive continuous process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple major projects and services simultaneously
- Proven expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum frameworks
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external entities
- Hands-on experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development
- Deep understanding of API integrations and onboarding processes for digital services
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and customer experience optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business processes and drive service improvements
- Ability to communicate complex requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
