EGA is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner – Endpoint Security and Infrastructure Security to lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. This role ensures the organization’s digital assets are protected while enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the multi-year product vision, managing security solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve security excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain a clear product vision for endpoint and infrastructure security, aligning with business objectives
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, including antivirus, EDR, encryption, and firewall solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align security products with operational requirements and business needs
- Manage a security product backlog, ensuring alignment with agile development methodologies

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership within endpoint and infrastructure security
- Deep understanding of endpoint security technologies, including antivirus, EDR, encryption, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban for managing security-focused projects
- Proficiency in project management techniques and backlog prioritization for security initiatives
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to assess security threats and implement effective solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
