Programme Manager - SAP Transformation - Global Solutions

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation across the UAE and multiple business units. This critical role will align stakeholders, enforce governance, and ensure timely value delivery by driving accountability and transparency at every level of the programme.

This is a strategic position focused on managing cross-functional projects with high complexity and impact, particularly large-scale ERP implementations. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of programme management frameworks and a track record of delivering digital transformation at a global or regional scale.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage a fully integrated project roadmap covering all business, IT, and transformation workstreams
* Monitor programme progress, analyze deviations, and communicate KPIs via clear executive dashboards
* Enforce consistent governance processes including reporting formats, approval checkpoints, and structured meeting rhythms across all stakeholders
* Coordinate staffing and resource planning with business leaders, the central PMO, and technical teams to preempt bottlenecks
* Identify and escalate high-impact risks early while driving resolution through multi-functional collaboration
* Prepare executive-level updates, board decks, and strategic decision-making briefs for C-level sponsors
* Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving among project teams across geographies
* Oversee deployment-readiness reviews and support QA activities across regional rollout waves

Required Skills and Experience

* 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology initiatives, including 6+ years in a programme management or PMO lead role
* Demonstrated success delivering multi-region ERP projects, especially SAP S/4HANA, from planning through go-live
* Certification in project or programme management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level reporting and governance
* Proven ability to coordinate across global teams and time zones
