Job Overview
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from initiation and planning through development, testing, and deployment of the Prime Online Cards platform. You’ll work closely with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full project lifecycle for a digital card services initiative
* Define project scope, create detailed plans, and manage timelines and resources
* Collaborate with technical teams and product owners to ensure solution quality and completeness
* Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements
* Monitor budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
* Ensure project deliverables align with security, compliance, and technology standards
* Coordinate with external vendors for solution components, integrations, or gateway partnerships
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital or software development projects
* Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
* Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus
* Experience in card services, digital payments, or fintech platforms is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
* Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects within defined timelines
