You’ll design strategic use cases and business models using emerging technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement innovation initiatives.

- Analyze business challenges and identify innovation opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
- Develop and validate use cases, business models, and digital solutions

- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Metaverse, XR/VR, digital wallets, NFTs, and robotics

What Skills Are Required for a PropTech & Innovation Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years of relevant experience in innovation, technology strategy, or emerging tech projects
- Prior experience in PropTech, FinTech, or other tech-driven industries is highly preferred
Technical & Strategic Skills:
