Quality Assurance Engineer – Manual and Automation Testing
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automation testing across web and mobile platforms. The role requires hands-on knowledge of QA methodologies, modern testing tools, and Agile/Scrum practices to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do
Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications
Perform manual, functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality
Develop and implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, TestNG, Playwright, and Cypress
Conduct API testing using Postman and integrate test execution into CI/CD pipelines
Run performance and load tests with tools such as JMeter and Gatling
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve defects and improve quality
Validate software against business requirements in UAT environments
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification preferred
7+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years in mobile and web-related QA activities
Proficiency in manual and automation testing methods
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and Agile/Scrum practices
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Postman, Rest Assured, TestNG, Playwright, and Cypress
Understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP), SQL queries, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or cloud-integrated testing environments is a plus
