Quality Assurance Lead – Arabic SpeakingA prominent organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Quality Assurance Lead to drive high standards across systems and processes within the tax authority. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvements through structured QA frameworks.

What Does a Quality Assurance Lead Do?
* Oversee quality assurance across tax systems and organizational operations to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal performance
* Create and execute structured testing plans to validate system functionality, security, and scalability
* Enforce internal policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks consistently across departments
* Identify areas for process improvement and drive enhancements in quality and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tailored QA protocols

What Skills Are Needed for a Quality Assurance Lead in Qatar?
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 5–7 years of quality assurance experience, preferably within a government or public sector environment
* Strong background in compliance, system testing, and QA documentation
Language Requirement:
* Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
* Strong proficiency in English
Technical & Soft Skills:
* Expertise in test planning, risk analysis, and quality metrics reporting
